At Cintbay Productions, we strive to provide high-quality video production services. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to ensure our clients are satisfied with their experience. Below is our refund policy:
1. Deposits and Payments - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers initial planning, scheduling, and resources allocated for your project. - The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
2. Refund Eligibility - Clients are eligible for a refund of the remaining balance only if the project is canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled shoot date. - Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled shoot date.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee - We aim to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the final deliverables. If you are unhappy with the final product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. - Revisions may be offered based on the initial agreement, but refunds for dissatisfaction will not be provided once the final product is delivered.
4. Requesting a Refund - To request a refund, please contact us at AWCintron1011@gmail.com, including your order details and the reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
